I really love this! I love that cool shadow thing...how it almost seems to be breaking up into smoke as it moves, but that it seems curious, rather than sinister. The butterflies and the girl don't seem to be afraid of it. I love the composition, too!

The girl that posed for this was the actually inspiration of this piece. She has spunk and doesn't show much fear towards others. So when this idea came up I knew she had to be my model.
