This is a art trade with :iconscargut-the-gutless:. One of my favorite things to do in art is take an old time period outfit and modernize it. This one is based on 1920's fashion. I didn't really change a lot other then making the dress more fitted. The jacket idea came from a design by Erte. I made a special effort designing the boots for I know Scargut LOVES shoes.

Beautiful background! I like the colours too much! the rat looks very cute, I also like her hair a lot and the outfit is just great! I like that bubbles too=)All so pretty and nice!
